Bronwyn is one of the 12 women featured in this year’s I Am Bombshell campaign. She’s in her self-love era — showing up with intention, softness, and strength, while raising two boys and learning to honour the woman she’s becoming. Her story is about giving grace to your body, holding space for your emotions, and finding beauty in the everyday.

Tell us a little more about yourself.
The feeling of strength for me is showing up every single day for my 2 kids, no matter the circumstances. Showing them that giving up on a dream or goal is not an option, and anything can be your reality if you shift focus and put time and effort into achieving this.
Feeling soft around just boys is often a struggle for me, but showing them love and respect is my daily goal and showing them, as growing men, it's okay to cry and be sad because I think it's important for them to know this. I think for me as a mom, we put SO much pressure on ourselves to bounce back after having children and it's hard.
Your body will never be the same, and I think learning to love this new body that gave you the gift of life is so so important. Focus on your mental wellbeing and the rest will follow.
What does beauty mean to you at this stage of your life?
Beauty for me in the stage my my life is laughing, ALOT. Waking up and seeing the positive and opportunities that the day has to offer. Slowing down and enjoying the peace and quiet.
What does wellness look like for you — honestly?
Launching a skincare range has been nothing short of hard, I won't lie !! But I have certainly found my absolute LOVE for a skincare routine and being consistent and not expecting miracles overnight, and I have seen a massive difference.
I have found a new love for healthy cooking and food groups, thanks to Bombshell Collagen.
