Which part of B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L. do you relate to most right now, and why?
Sensitive. Humoured. Emotional. Loyal.
I’m a sensitive and emotional person because I genuinely care. My heart is loving, loyal, and always there for family and friends. I also love to laugh, be silly, and bring joy to others through humor, even if it means laughing at myself.
Tell us a little more about yourself.
The real Chardé is someone who’s always striving to achieve, driven by purpose and the desire to do well.
What many people don’t know is that, for a long time in my career, I struggled to feel like I added value. I lacked passion and often questioned my worth and purpose. Now that I’m in a career I truly love, I’m more motivated than ever to give it my all and make the most of every opportunity.
But I still experience the emotions many women do which is fear, stress, self-doubt, and worry. And I’ve come to accept that it’s okay to feel those things. They’re part of the journey, too.
What does beauty mean to you at this stage of your life?
Beauty is truly from within. The most beautiful woman are woman who are kind, loving and caring.
What does wellness look like for you — honestly?
Wellness, for me is exercising, whether it’s a run or a workout, some form of exercise helps me feel happy, positive, and like I’ve accomplished something meaningful.
Wellness is also about nourishing my body with mostly healthy food, while still enjoying lots of the good things in life.
Why did you want to be part of the “I Am a B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L.” campaign?
Because even at 40, I do think I am a bombshell! A chocolate whey loving bombshell!
