Michelle is one of the 12 women featured in this year’s I Am Bombshell campaign. She’s a sensitive soul, a resilient spirit, and a woman who’s turned pain into purpose. Her story is one of growth, healing, and learning to honour herself through every season.

Which part of B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L. do you relate to most right now, and why?
Sensitive.
I resonate deeply with being Sensitive—a quality that has shaped the way I move through the world. I am a sensitive soul, always wanting the best for those I love and engage with every day. I feel deeply for every being I encounter, and as I’ve grown older, this sensitivity has only deepened.
I now see it as a privilege—one that allows me to form rich, meaningful connections with others. Bombshell nurtures my sensitive soul by caring for my sensitive body. I have a delicate gut, and Bombshell has supported me in feeling balanced and nourished from within. I especially love the Bombshell Body Shake—it eases my long-held sensitivities around body image, weight, and food.
It has become a part of how I show love to myself: by fueling my body with what it needs and honoring it with kindness, collagen, and care as I continue to grow through life.
Thank you for celebrating every part of what makes us women. I’m proud to share this part of myself with you.

Tell us a little more about yourself.
I’ve faced many obstacles—both personally and professionally—that have challenged my self-worth. I loved men who hurt me, both physically and emotionally. Those experiences damaged my body image and made it difficult to believe I was enough, just as I am.
In my professional life, I encountered bosses who belittled me and made me question my value, despite my hard work and capability.
For a long time, I internalized those voices, asking myself: Am I really enough? But over time, I learned to push back against that doubt.
I chose to believe in myself. After leaving an abusive relationship—where I was constantly told I was “fat” and “not good enough”—I entered Bachelor & Bachelorette SA. I won. That moment wasn’t just about a title—it was about reclaiming my confidence and my voice.
I went on to start my own business after being told I wasn’t good enough in my job and that my contributions weren’t valued.
I looked in the mirror and said: No. I am enough. I can do this.
Through all of it, my incredible family has been my anchor. Their unwavering support helped me rebuild myself. I’ve learned what truly matters: being kind, surrounding yourself with people who celebrate you—not just tolerate you—and never forgetting your worth. I believe in the power of manifestation. Magic is real. You must believe you deserve the life you dream of. Because you do. You are magnetic to it, and it’s waiting for you.

What does beauty mean to you at this stage of your life?
To me, beauty is no longer about fitting into a number or letting age define how I should look or feel. Age is just a number—nothing more.
At this stage of my life, beauty means nurturing myself—body, mind, and soul. It’s about giving myself the best, so I can be the best version of me, at any age.
Beauty starts from within. It’s how you care for yourself, how you speak to yourself, and how you honour your journey. When you do that, it naturally overflows to the outside.
True beauty isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, peace, and the confidence that comes from knowing who you are.

What does wellness look like for you — honestly?
Wellness, for me, means putting yourself first—without guilt.
It’s not about perfect routines; it’s about real moments that keep you grounded and fulfilled. It’s remembering to take my supplements. It’s journaling when I need to clear my head. It’s taking time to meditate, even if it’s just for five minutes.
It’s carving out space for work, but also for joy—spending time with friends and family, and most importantly, taking time just for me.
Wellness means doing what makes me happy, even in the chaos. It’s about checking in with myself and giving myself what I need—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so I can show up fully in my life.

Why did you want to be part of the “I Am a B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L.” campaign?
I want to be part of the “I Am a B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L.” campaign because I genuinely love Bombshell products—and more importantly, I deeply connect with the Bombshell ethos.
It’s about more than wellness; it’s about self-celebration, self-worth, and showing up for yourself in every season of life.
Bombshell speaks to the parts of me that are sensitive, strong, evolving, and empowered. Being part of this campaign would be an opportunity to share my stories, and perhaps inspire other women and at the same time myself.

How have Bombshell products supported your wellness or beauty journey?
Bombshell products have played such an important role in helping me stay consistent with my health and wellness journey.
They keep me motivated — not just because they work, but because they taste incredible! I genuinely look forward to my Bombshell shake every morning. It’s become a feel-good ritual that sets the tone for my day.
The collagen supplements feel like a little luxury just for me — the sachets taste like a fruity cocktail made with love. And on the days when things get a bit rushed, I simply add my marine collagen to my shake and know I’m still showing up for myself and ticking every box on my wellness checklist.

Final words from Michelle
To every woman out there: please don’t forget to care for yourself too. You are strong, beautiful, and more than enough — just as you are. Prioritize your own wellbeing like you would for someone you love.
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” — Buddha
