Which part of B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L. do you relate to most right now, and why?
Bossy. Opinionated. Sensitive. Humoured. Emotional. Loud.
Because sometimes I feel like I'm an emotional hot mess, and I feel like it's beautiful to have layers and depth.
Tell us a little more about yourself.
As a divorced single mom, sometimes life can be demanding and exhausting. What really makes me feel strong is when I help women who are going through similar struggles. Helping them feel seen, heard and making sure they understand that their pain is valid. Healing is a journey.
What does beauty mean to you at this stage of your life?
I see myself as a person aiming to achieve maximum authenticity and helping women move from people pleasing to putting themselves first and looking after their mind, body and spirit.
You are only as beautiful as you feel. If you feel beautiful nobody's opinion will affect you negatively.
What does wellness look like for you — honestly?
I take vitamins and supplements, I go for random walks and enjoy nature. I also enjoy a great face evening routine
Why did you want to be part of the “I Am a B.O.M.B.S.H.E.L.L.” campaign?
I would love to be a part of any initiative that aims to support women in their authenticity and uplift their lives.
