I’ve never had major skin issues until a few months ago. I started breaking out a lot. I couldn’t figure it out. That’s when I realized my gut & liver was working over time. I also realized I’d develop Rosacea “acne”. I started taking better care of my gut by reducing gluten and dairy and increased my marine collagen & beauty collagen to heal my gut & skin. I also added Gut feeling probiotics and stayed more consistent with it to heal my gut. My skin got better within 7 days. I still have a flare up after a weekend of eating gluten and dairy, but my skin still looks a lot better than it did. I highly recommend collagen & probiotics to heal your gut.
